Mix policy

Turnaround Time

• Mix turnaround time ranges from approx. 2-3 weeks.

• Please get in touch if you need your song mixed sooner than the above turnaround time.

• Turnaround time is counted from when the mix invoice has been fulfilled and stems have been received.

• Delays due to stem revision/ errors in exporting stems do not count towards mix turnaround.

Revisions

• Included in the mix booking are 3 rounds of revisions, consisting of 12 points (notes).

• If exceeded, revisions may incur additional costs. Extended revisions are charged hourly per revision round.

Included Versions

• A standard mix booking includes the following deliverables:

1. Full reference mix.

2. Full ‘no lim’ mix (no limiter on master bus, suitable for mastering).

3. Acapella mix (reference vocal mix, no instruments).

4. Instrumental mix (reference mix, no vocals).

• Alternate mix versions can be requested but may be subject to additional fees.

• Alternate versions may include:

1. TV Mix (full mix with no lead vocals. Suitable for live performance).

2. Various instrument group mixes.

3. Radio Mix (mix that has been edited to best suit radio song length requirements).

• Please get in touch if you are in need of a specific alternate mix.

Stems

• Mix stems may be requested at an additional cost.

• Mix stemming is billed at $240 per song. This covers the 3 hours necessary to print each stem.
